Print Release

The (electronically) signed print release grants each of us permission to use these images; you for printing, me for advertising. We share joint ownership of images. You are free to print and send these images for any lawful purpose; however, you are prohibited from altering the image in any form (editing tools, etc.) Siriani Photography reserves the right to use and publish photographs for purposes of display or advertisement to show the quality of work.. This may include but is not limited to: blogs, websites, advertisements, print materials, and portfolio. I herby release Tami Siriani from all claims and liability relating to said photographs The client signing this agreement warrants that he/she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Studio/Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Digital files, copyrights, and previews remain the exclusive property of this Studio/Photographer.  I have read and understand this agreement, including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them. This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Your name below consitutes your signature.
